Based on feedback from our loyal customers we’re changing our pricing plans allowing for more budget-friendly options during these tough economic times.

Besides the 100’s of free hours we still have our 12 months for the price of 10 for those willing to commit to a year and take advantage of even more savings!

Try our $1000/month Monitoring & On Call Plan

When things break, and they always do, you can’t waste time and money familiarizing a new vendor with your instance or how you do things. You just need it fixed.

It includes:

  • 5 hr / mo (~$150 effective rate)
  • 24 x 7 x 365 instance monitoring (approx. $0.34/hour)
  • License monitoring w/ annual review
  • Submit Service Tickets just like our other plans
  • Response & Service Time is still 24 & 48 hours
  • Coast-to-Coast Business Hours: That’s 7am to 7pm Central Time
  • Requires one year commitment
  • Payment Options:
    • Prepay $1,000 Monthly; OR
    • Prepay $10,000 Annually (12 mo for the price of 10)

If/when there are no emergencies there’s always somewhere you can spend your unused hours.  Delegate your HOS admin to work on customizations, automations, or that troublesome break/fix you’ve been struggling with.

And like all of our other plans, additional hours are Only 10% more than your effective rate!
